Nordoff Robbins was rebranding and needed a website to reflect their new brand, values and mission.
I worked with the team at Hex Digital, performing research, competitor and market reviews, running workshops and interviews to understand requirements for the new website. We developed user archetypes, before creating an information architecture, and finishing with wireframes for the responsive website.
As is expected with charities, the donations CTAs flows were vitally important, however the interesting thing about Nordoff Robbins is that it’s a relatively lesser-known charity, working with and training people in music therapy, and therefore there was more of an education piece around their services than with other charity projects I have undertaken.
